Marisa Pensa Bio



Maris Pensa is the owner and President of Methods in Motion; a Franchise of D.E.I. Management Group Headquartered in New York.

Her sales and management career began at Marriott. After 3 years as a Front Office Manager and 4 years as a Director of Sales where her property consistently won highest market share in the region, she was recruited to IDT/Winstar Telecom. At IDT/Winstar, she grew from a senior sales position to the Regional Sales Director for Atlanta, Tampa, and Miami where her region took the title of "Top Performing Region" on a consistent basis. After attending a D.E.I. program as a manager at IDT, she realized the importance of viability of the D.E.I. programs and desired to be part of the D.E.I. Team. After extensive reasearch, calls and visits with D.E.I. and several Franchise Owners, she opened an office in Atlanta.

Marisa works with every level of Sales Professional from a Business Owner and veteran Sales Professional to a brand new Sales Representatives right out of college. Her expertise is in helping sales teams gain more productivity out of their time spent prospecting, building a stronger pipeline by separating hope from reality, and helping salespeople ask more questions on sales calls and do less "pitching."

Her clients not only love her training style and ability to relate to a wide range of professionals,but also love the fact that Marisa has to make "Cold Calls" and runs into real life objections on the phone just like her participants in class do.
